Hello, my name is Ming-Hung. I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Chung Cheng University (CCU). I received my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2017, after completing my B.S. in Computer Science (2008) and M.S. in Communication Engineering (2010) at National Tsing Hua University.

I lead the Digital Society and Security Lab (DIGI-SSL), where our research spans information security, computational social science, and AI safety. We combine large language models, LLM-based agents, graph analysis, and data science to conduct empirical and theoretical studies of large-scale social media platforms and digital infrastructures.

Our work focuses on three areas: information dissemination security, content safety, and platform integrity, with growing attention to the risks posed by generative models. Through cross-disciplinary, multi-platform analysis, we aim to build a safer, fairer, and more sustainable digital society.

Our research has been published in international journals and conferences and covered by NHK, Nikkei Asia, Voice of America, and CommonWealth Magazine. Recognition includes the IEEE Tainan Section Best Young Professional Member Award, the Young Scholar Award and the Excellent Teaching Performance Award of National Chung Cheng University, and the NSTC Excellent Young Scholars Program.

嗨，我是銘宏，現任國立中正大學資訊工程學系副教授。我於 2017 年取得國立臺灣大學電機工程博士學位；在進入臺大前，分別於 2008 年及 2010 年在國立清華大學取得資訊工程學士與通訊工程碩士學位。

我主持數位社會與安全實驗室（DIGI-SSL），研究橫跨資訊安全、計算社會科學與 AI 安全。實驗室結合大型語言模型、代理人系統、圖論與資料科學等方法，針對大型社群媒體平台與數位基礎架構進行實證與理論研究。

我們關注的議題涵蓋資訊傳播安全、資訊內容安全與資訊平台安全三個面向，近年也特別關注生成式人工智慧帶來的新風險。透過跨領域的方法與跨平台的數據分析，我們致力於建構更安全、公正且永續的數位社會。

研究成果發表於國際期刊與會議，並獲 NHK、日經亞洲、美國之音、天下雜誌等媒體報導；曾獲 IEEE Tainan Section Best Young Professional Member Award、國立中正大學青年學者獎、國立中正大學教師優良教學獎與國科會優秀年輕學者研究計畫等肯定。
